Presence flag is not turned off on syncs

Description

When fluffychat syncs with server, it seems that doesn't turn off the presence flag, so the user appears to be online also when has for example the phone locked and not even using fluffychat.

To Reproduce

Monitor the network requests sent from fluffychat to the server. When it calls the server to fetch notifications, just take a look at the matrix api endpoint
/_matrix/client/v3/presence/<userid>/status
to see how you appear: you'll appear to be online. After a minute or so without requests from fluffychat, you'll go offline (but again, after few moments when fluffychat will make another request to your server, you'll go online).
