I’d like to take on this issue to add a ChatBot to the website. This will definitely enhance the user experience. Here are a few ideas for implementation:

FAQ Automation: The ChatBot can handle common questions related to our services or products.

Live Chat Feature: Integrate a live chat option for users to connect with a support agent if the ChatBot can’t resolve their queries.
