Do I need to buy commercial license?

Yes:
- Yes if a company made a free app.
- Amazon app is free, is it a commercial app? Yes.
- If it benefits the commercial aspect then it should be considered as such.
No:
- Human rights, non-profit organization.
- Free open source application backed by individual.
- For educational purposes solely.
- Academic work (free tuition only)
