VMAP is not supported with live source stream

Workaround: do not use VMAP VAST tag with live source.

I did not observe any issues with live streams using VMAP.

Tested with VMAP preroll, midroll 30 sec.

Sometimes however I experienced some "stability" errors. Like:

• midroll adbreak coming immediately after preroll adbreak
• no autoplay after adbreak ended

Edit:

• ad. midroll comes immediately after preroll break
  Happens when playing nhkworld.webcdn.stream.ne.jp and kanlivep2event-i.akamaihd.net (added link in post above).
  I skip both ads (having VMAP configured in a way to allow me), then seeing an errorenous behaviour.
  No issues seen for voa-lh.akamaihd.net

@aFilipMalinowski yes, using midroll with live stream source may lead to unexpected behaviour as it is internally handled by IMA SDK.
