Using OCI CLI to do multipart upload to Object Storage

Sometime it is necessary to break a huge file into smaller parts to upload to OCI object storage if internet is not stable and bandwidth is low

Set up OCI CLI

You need to set up the OCI config with the appropriate OCI tenancy information oci cli config
