Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When debugging an algorithm only one IDE can connect to the socket.
The second debugger will get an error when the socket is closed

Describe the solution you'd like
Improve the logs when the second debugger connects
Disconnect the debugger and close the process
Print computerName and userName of connected debugger
