Extend studyjob structure for NAS jobs #293

We should extend current studyjob structure to parse yaml file for NAS jobs.
Current yaml file for NAS job should be like this: https://github.com/DeeperMind/katib/blob/patch-1/examples/NAS-example.yaml.
