What happened (please include outputs or screenshots):

latest python-base is not included in latest master, then below issue is still not closed yet.
ansible-collections/kubernetes.core#246

What you expected to happen:

commithash of submodule is updated and latest feature in submodule is ready in use.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):

Environment:

  • Kubernetes version (kubectl version):
  • OS (e.g., MacOS 10.13.6):
  • Python version (python --version)
  • Python client version (pip list | grep kubernetes)
