Once pull #182 is accepted and issue #141 is closed, the next problem is to have aws-iam-authenticator cache temporary SSO credentials. Per aws/aws-sdk-go#1329, this needs to be implemented by the user of aws-sdk-go (for reasons not entirely clear to me).

Waiting on aws/aws-sdk-go#2375 getting accepted, so that I can create my pull request based on it for aws-iam-authenticator.
