Happy to partner with you on this one @alexander-demicev. I would suggest a new quickstart document in this repository which is an as-simple-as-possible version of what you have in the existing instructions. Feel free to DM me on kubernetes slack if desired to collaborate/discuss in more depth.

First part done with #297. Look forward to checking out the PR to the CAPI repo which embeds this doc to close this issue out.
