What would you like to be added:
Allow the configuration of Azure Active Directory endpoint within Azure provider.

Why is this needed:
This feature pull request allows the user to define the azure active directory endpoints. This is needed for azure gov / other regions where the cloud endpoints aren't public and do not fall under the default provided clouds provided in the Azure Cloud SDK.

I will reference a PR once made.
