Describe your issue

Following the guide for Setting up external dns for gke the section about workload identity has changed from a GCP side.

We no longer need to create a Google service account and link it to a Kubernetes service account

Are you willing to Contribute

Yes, I need to first of all learn external-dns, deploy it on GKE, then I am happy to contribute back the docs if a maintainer would like
