How do you feel about adding a section into the docs that outlines the ciphers that were used previously?

The removal of TLS 1.1 and 1.0 and new cipher defaults breaks older Android devices (4.4 and below), which is actually 21% of Android devices in use according to https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html. Given that this is a sizable chunk, we may want to document this.

@aledbf It seems like not being able to accept requests from 20% of Android phones might warrant a section in the docs. Would you accept for a section in https://github.com/aledbf/ingress-nginx/blob/master/docs/user-guide/tls.md
