Update example URLs after nginx is the only implementation in repo

I have been going through some examples and found out that some URLs are not working properly, I guess these ale leftovers from #1494 and #1497.

(My CLA is probably not signed yet, ended up in There are no servers available for serving this page. We are currently aware of the problem and are working to fix it. We apologize for the inconvenience.)
