I would like to add kubernetes membership in addition to my kubernetes-sig since some CI/CD parts for cluster-api are in the kubernetes org. For example for this pr I'm working on now: kubernetes/test-infra#27311

@oscr -- bdw, since you were already a member of @kubernetes-sigs, you didn't need to file a new org membership request. Membership in one org implicitly grants membership to other orgs. In those scenarios, you can just raise a PR adding yourself to the requested orgs.
