Step to save Kubewarden images referencing unknown scripts

Current Behavior

In the third and fourth steps of the Save Kubewarden container images section during an air-gapped installation, two scripts titled kubewarden-save-images.sh and kubewarden-load-images.sh should be found within the latest release of kwctl. However, the only scripts that can be found are kubewarden-save-policies.sh and kubewarden-load-policies.sh.

Without those scripts, you will be unable to complete the steps of saving and loading the images which forces the user to pull the required images manually.

Expected Behavior

The kubewarden-save-images.sh and kubewarden-load-images.sh should be accessible from a given release of kwctl - Or rewrite this section of to include instructions on how to manually save and load the required images.
