the tidal correction only changes the chainage along the shore-normal transects. So no it's not changing the 2D shorelines. What you can do is create a tight set of transects, do the intersections, apply the tidal correction and then reconstruct your 2D shoreline from the intersections. |

Hello,
I am wondering if there is any process in the code that adjust the resulting digitized shorelines based on tidal correction or if the tidal correction only changes the intersection of the transects with the shorelines? I was hoping to use the DSAS tool to calculate rates, however it will be less useful to me if the shapefiles output from DSAS are not corrected for tides.
