Like the radar compass, but for the sky (both night and day).

The can be the precursor to #1809 as it is much easier to implement - and it may be able to be kept in place (with a view in 3D button).

See #1809 for details on what stars/planets to show.

Add a seekbar to change the time of day (from sunset the day before to sunrise the next day), and a calendar to change the date

If the 3D mode becomes too difficult to implement at first, maybe use a similar approach as the solar panel aligner to help find the star in the night sky.

Show path of sun/moon.
