Description
This epic gathers all tasks that need to be done in order to achieve the goal of having quality KPIs and metrics in place.

Reasons

Have an overview of the quality of the project and its evolution.
Detect areas of improvement.
Find the biggest and most important pain points to focus our efforts.
Keep historical record of the project's quality metrics.
