Description

The list of required checks must be maintained centrally in declarative and automated way for all team owned repositories.
All our repositories must follow the same configuration pattern.
The minimal list of required checks is:

• CLA check
• All check passed check. See Workflow for required check is present in all repositories. #12287

• Required checks are managed centrally.
• Required checks are applied automatically.
• Required checks are defined in declarative approach.
