How do I run this without docker?

I'm trying to use LOST (Label Objects and Save Time) in an environment where Docker is not available or permitted. Specifically, I'm working on a system that supports Apptainer/Singularity containers but not Docker. The current setup instructions and quick_setup script are focused on Docker, which I cannot use.

Is there a way to run LOST without Docker? Alternatively, could the setup process be adapted to support Apptainer/Singularity containers?
