Labels covering a polygon node

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes the label of a polygon appears directly in front of a polygons node. In this case I can't directly access this node to move it.

Make the label movable by user

Describe alternatives you've considered

1. The labels are background, lines and nodes are foreground.
2. Never put labels onto a node / line of the own shape and only show labels when the own shape is selected
