If ansible has failed throwing docker issues then try to do this:
mkdir -p /etc/systemd/system/docker.service.d
#Create a http-proxy.conf file and add the following:
vi /etc/systemd/system/docker.service.d/http-proxy.conf
***
[Service]
Environment="HTTP_PROXY=http://192.168.56.85:3128"
***
#Similar with this file:
vi /etc/systemd/system/docker.service.d/https-proxy.conf
**
[Service]
Environment="HTTPS_PROXY=http://192.168.56.85:3128"
**
#Finally reload daemon and restart docker service:
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart docker
In order to verify that docker environment variables where correctly configured run this:
systemctl show --property=Environment docker
