The recent update from Langchain version 0.1 to 0.2 has introduced significant changes, particularly in terms of deprecating various functions. While advancements and improvements in the framework are always welcome, the transition has posed challenges due to the absence of clear documentation and mapping for the deprecated functions to their new counterparts. We're releasing LangChain 0.2 the week of 5/20/24 (see #5383), and a major part of this release is revamping our docs.
