The USB -> 13.2V DC-DC booster power is available at the RJ45 socket. The booster will supply the entire panel supply via USB. There is a booster over current protection but not more! Thus there shall be a proper isolation between the USB and RJ45 supplies.

Do not connect a USB cable and a 12V Power Supply via RJ45 at the same time. Workaround could be to remove the 3 USB supply diodes and supply the hardware only via the RJ45 connector.

The input voltage MOSFET reverse voltage protection shall be replaced with a simple diode in order to allow connecting both supplies, USB and RJ45 simultaneously.
