Documentation idea: "Building your app with MUD"

A top level page called "Building your app with MUD" could link to various sections that are useful including the best practice sections (useful modules, best practices, which chain to deploy on, knowing about indexers and what they do -- and where to find them!, etc).
This is also a good place to link to the dictionary (#3044)
