The import/export modal obscures focus #11639

I didn't understand the usuability problem here

The modal appears, the screen readers seems to recognize the content and read the status message and after the import/export process the focus comes back to the list of the notebooks.

Closing it as it seems to have been fixed by 4a88d6f#diff-0c734f3881c7e82b0a659344e79fdc87864ceaa394f49a29cd0b1a09a446767d
