Can't watch embedded videos #134
Comments
No, they don't - the videos properly load with the extension disabled (whether from the extension settings or the browser itself). I've also tried disabling other extensions, and whenever RYS is enabled, the videos are still black. |
These are my settings, thank you!

aha the culprit is "search engine mode" I'll try to fix but in the meantime disabling that option should work. |
I can confirm that disabling the option works. Thanks for diagnosing this so quickly! |
Updated bug description: Whenever "search engine mode" is enabled, embedded YouTube videos appear black and don't work.
I don't know if this is intentional or not but embedded videos always show as black for me:
I can't find the option to disable this, which I would like to do. If I turn off the extension, the video plays fine and shows up.
I am on Firefox 126.0 on Fedora Linux and RYS 4.3.59
