Integrate with 360 monitoring -> Squadcast

Long term this would be better fed into Squadcast (via 360 monitoring).

I believe that would imply converting it to a 360 plugin which is described here: https://docs.360monitoring.com/docs/custom-plugins

There's already a MySQL plugin, but sadly it doesn't seem to incorporate replication.

Note: 360 monitoring implies deploying the agent on the server which consumes a license. It's useful for our monitoring purposes, but would need further discussion on how to handle the commercial aspects with respect to customer deployments of this as a JPS, and how to secure our API keys from customer eyes etc.
