Hello,

Would it be possible to get the network HAR file of the application throwing the error message when using the JNLPRunner extension?

You can save a HAR following these steps:

  • Trigger the JNLPRunner extension main page when trying to download the JNLP file
  • Open the developer tools in your browser. You can do that by pressing F12 on your keyboard. Alternatively you can click on the three dots on the top right corner of your browser, select “More tools” and then click “Developer Tools”.
  • Once the developer tools are open, navigate to the network tab.
  • Now click “Start Application”.
  • Once the error triggers, right click on any entry in the Network tab and select “Save all as HAR with content” all the way at the bottom.
  • You can now save the HAR file.

You can either upload the HAR file to a github comment directly or send it to us per email to this address: elisabeth@leaningtech.com

I have sent an email with the subject line "no iKVM32 in java.library.path". Please help me check the issue. Thank you very much
Also, may I ask when HTTPS will be supported? I noticed that the current version will automatically replace HTTPS with HTTP

I received your email, thank you. But it seems the HAR file seems incomplete, could you please forward me the actual file instead of copying the content? As mentioned in the previous instructions, you can do that by right clicking on any entry in the network tab and then selecting "Save all as HAR with content". You should now have the option to save the file as a .HAR file. Thank you.
