Adding proplot and Plantery_computer packages to Base Pangeo Notebook Image

I use the "Base Pangeo Notebook" image for my research, but there are two packages that I would like to have added:

• proplot: plotting package that expands ease-of-use of matplotlib (especially for geographic plots and complex subplots)
• planetary_computer: package for interacting with Microsoft's Planetary Computer; useful for accessing other types of cloud-stored data not already in the LEAP bucket

I tried installing these (temporarily) in my JupyterLab environment, but they take too long to execute. Both packages could be quite useful for others as well.
