Building the dist/ folder for the perseus viewer plugin is currently broken, as it was not updated alongside the webpack 5 upgrade.

This will mostly involve updating the perseusBuildConfig.js file to have a webpack 5 compatible configuration.

Closing this in favour of just upgrading to a pre-built version of Perseus, in #9759
