The app worked but just randomly stopped working and now no matter what I do gives this error
I tried redownloading and running as administrator etc

CiceroUIWndFrame seems to be a component of Office. Try disable it like https://www.eehelp.com/question/you-receive-four-messages-such-as-cicerouiwndframe-cthelper32-and-hpquimzone-exe-was-still-running-while-trying-to-shut-down-the-computer/ or https://www.techtarget.com/searchwindowsserver/tip/Microsoft-Offices-CiceroUIWndFrame-component-crashes-Outlook ?
