Add export and import of watchlist and the personal preferences

Description

With 'personal preferences' I mean basically every setting that can be changed in the 'Account' tab in the settings.

Desired Behavior

I want 4 extra buttons in the 'Personal data' page where I can export the watchlist, export the personal preferences, import the watchlist and import the preferences.

We have added extra buttons for the watchlist. Adding even more buttons for personal preferences seems a bit too much and maybe even more later (e.g. playlists) 🤔

Idea: Let us have only one export button which will start a download of a zip archive containing the export csv files. Before the export button we could add checkboxes to select which csvs should be included in the export zip or something like that.
