Problems with the agent call feature in v3.0.0

In v3.0.0 the ability to call other advisors has been added via a drop down. I've been playing around locally and I've come across a few issues

1. You can call yourself. This shouldn't be possible.
2. When you call someone else and they aren't available, it seems like the call ends up getting routed back to yourself. Like in scenario 1, this shouldn't be possible.
3. When you do receive a call from yourself in scenario 1 & 2, you cannot cancel it and you cannot answer it. The only way to remove it is to cancel the task in the twilio console :(
