如果索引中的汉字字头的条目数量非常大（字典类场景），可以考虑增加二级分组。

拼音音序：下分音节。
笔画数：下分首字首笔画类别（横竖撇点折）。
部首：下分除部首笔画数。

不过目前来看似乎应用场景比较罕见。
