Currently we are using the "old" ionic.io "core" and "analytics" libraries. These are outdated and shoud be replaced by the new "Ionic Web Client". Also it would be good to add a sample implementation of the Ionic Deploy feature (using the new Web Client) to the starter app.

For the time being, just removed the "old" ionic.io libraries because these are known to cause issues in combination with Firebase. Also removed the whole "tracking" service. Maybe later on we can re-implement this with the new Ionic Web Client.
