Hey Leonard, I hope this is the correct way to contact you

I noticed (or couldn't find) you are missing SCXML, an important W3C standard for State Charts in XML
https://www.w3.org/TR/scxml/

you'll also be able to find reference implementations in various languages.
here's the Java (apache) one - https://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-scxml/
