About

Kolibri is a completely private Android Messenger. "Completely private" means it needs a Server in order to run.
The App connects to the server and uses no other services.

Features

  • Messages are end-to-end encrypted with RSA2048.
  • Messages and chats are only saved on your and your chat partners device.
  • All connections to the server are encrypted. (https/tls)
  • It supports Unicode characters.

Getting Started

Before you can get started with the app, you will have to setup the Server (Tutorial).
Once its up and running, you can download the newes APK from GitHub Releases and connect to the Server. If you need help connectiong to the Server, you can browse the Wiki
