How to generate a report when fails on max warnings

Hi,

When this fails because the number of warning exceeds the maxWarnings value, it logs the message to the console, but the checkstyle report is not generated so it's difficult to see what file(s) introduced the warnings.

Is there a way to have it generate the report and fail if the number of max warnings is exceeded?
