As the title says, the "UV Snapshot" option exports UVs of lowpoly and highpoly objects. The desired behaviour would be to include only UVs from the lowpoly. (This works as intended as long as the highpoly doesn't have a UV channel assigned).

The reason why my "highpoly" has, unconventionally, UVs, is that the highpoly and lowpoly are copies - a workaround to this issue #2 where EasyBake doesn't support baking procedural materials and textures using only one mesh.

oof, good find. Can you include a .blend file if possible? Would make it a little easier for me to fix

Heya, sorry for the late reply. I'm attaching a .blend file with the UV output (zipped as github doesn't allow .blend files as attachements).
