Prefix remotestorage modules with first few letters of user's id and save current active user id locally??

For now, when a user connects to remotestorage with an existing local account, just give a warning to ensure the remotestorage account they're connecting to has empty 'toc-state-cloud' and 'toc-state-cloud-unencrypted' modules.
