documentation missing pages on mir.ion.deser, mir.ion.ser #18

on http://mir-ion.libmir.org/index.html in the sidebar it shows links like to mir.ion.deser.* and mir.ion.ser.* which are all missing in the deploy.

As those are deprecated I think it would be better to hide them in the sidebar on all the pages.
