主页面点设置，设置页面直接弹出报错信息

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

下载最新1.4.4 或者最新DEV的 1.4.5 的portable.zip 版本到一个新目录，然后解压后直接双击点开，再点 设置 ，看到页面报错，且必现

预期行为 / Expected behaviour

设置页面无明显报错弹框，且功能正常使用。

实际行为 / Actual Behaviour

设置页面直接报错，功能尚能正常使用，节点正常，也能正常打开谷歌，YouTube等网站，但是无法确定有没有隐藏问题。
