I have collected mating patterns that are based on the Blind Swine mating pattern using a Python script as described here.
The mates that I collected are not limited to the 7th rank. That is, I deemed every final mating position as valid, where 2 rooks are next to each other mating a king on the side of the battery. Therefore, the mating pattern is, strictly speaking, not a blind swine, but should still be interesting for us, as they document so many other related possibilities of using two rooks, next to each other, to mate the king. And I would also argue that collecting only positions that end on the 7th rank would probably yield a very small number of positions and would be rather too easy to solve, and therefore, quit boring.
Therefore, the description of the puzzle theme should probably refer to the blind swine, but clarify that it also includes other very similar patterns, as well:
"The blind swine puzzle theme is based on the pattern coined by Polish master Dawid Janowski, referring to coupled rooks on a player's 7th rank as swine. This puzzle theme includes other mates, involving two rooks next to each other, not necessarily on the 7th rank, but still mating the king."

Here is the Excel file containing the references to the reviewed puzzles that should be tagged:

The Python code found 4888 samples and I reviewed them all finding no errors. So, the Google CoLab parser is stable.
Here is a slightly edit icon suggestion:
