google 搜索引擎体验优化：rich snippet, infobox, schema.org
facebook 用户实体语义搜索： graph search
IBM／Microsoft 基于知识图谱的问答： query expansion， question similarity， graph query

几个基本观点

数据的价值是指用户可感知的价值，而且有人会为之买单
知识图谱的复用的关键在于数据自身的价值，知识表示是辅助为之服务的
