Auto-generated test scheme should be shared

We want test schemes to be under source control so this 'Shared' should come pre-checked if possible.

I'd vote for this as well as xcodebuild requires shared schemes when working with workspaces. I've run into this when using either xcodebuild from a Jenkins Run Script task or using the Jenkins XCode plugin.
