finally we have found out the possible reason for the high failure rate of our CC transactions: when working with the ALIAS Manager of Ingenico, there are several additional parameter mandatory. These parameters are missing from the transaction request and therefor a lot of transaction are declined by the acquirer. Especially the COF_INITIATOR must be send with a value "CIT "(Client Initiated) but because it's missing from the current integration, it is interpreted as "MIT" (Merchant Initiated) by default - this leads to declines.
