first impressions after beginning a migration from vanilla 3.0 to flarum

Hi,
i am trying nitro porter to migrate a vanilla 3.0 forum to flarum. Thank you so much for trying to make this possible!

First, i tried to make a source without prefix and your application add a port_ prefix. Why? If i said no prefix, i don't want a port_prefix no?
After, as i have a GDN_ prefix, i had it and everything seems fine except a deprecated notice with php 8.1 and mysql 8.0 localhost test platform

Hum i read the doc after and i found the port_ prefix is for intermediary tables...I don't understand why with no prefix, it don't find the port_user table...

What did you change to get the porter not to error out about the missing Port_ tables?

All flarum tables are in my source database (fla_tables)
My target database is empty.
So i have to manually copy this tables to my tager database?

ok so i have my flarum working!
But i haven't any image in posts, links not working. I suppose it's the vanilla post format wysiwig...

i made a script to use s9/text-formatter for my posts and it's ok
I have only one big problem, my attachment files disappear from posts...i check the fof/upload table but i don't know how to reattach them to posts.

You should be able to move Vanilla's uploads folder to your Flarum web directory and the images will continue to work. The trick is the URLs for the image files need to remain the same. Because Vanilla doesn't mess with them, they just need to be physically in the same place in the web root.
