This block doesn't get used and depends on the ipinfo service which we pay a monthly fee for. We'd like to shut down that subscription so we should remove the block from the codebase since it will no longer work. If we need to use it in the future we can modify it to use the new way of testing for geolocation I implemented for the Kubernetes site.
